The Five Wits are a group of artists named for a term from Shakespeare's time referring to five different types of intelligence.

"This are a fact we know from our learnings."

Our merchandise varies as greatly as the interests of our artists, so this is a haven for Otaku, Browncoats, Trek fans, Gamers, Fae, Medievalists, Steampunks, Pirates, Ninjas, and just people with a fondness for the Internets.

The Five Wits was started in 2003 by  two starving artists, writers, students and costumers. The business continues now with its founders plus a varying number of friends, which is why when you meet us at events there may be anywhere from two to eight Wits in attendance.

Our goal is to support ourselves while sharing and encouraging the sharing of stories dreams and worlds.

The re-discovery of the Wuzzat in 2001 was a groundbreaking event  Since then, Wuzzatologists have been researching the habits and culture of these small magical beings.  Once on the verge of extinction, these little creatures are once again emerging and thriving on the eastern seaboard as well as abroad.  Share sightings, news of local colonies, or start the process of adopting your own Wuzzat by clicking above.
